We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below:
What can be returned:
- Items must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to that retailer.
- We accept returns for defective and non-defective products
Return Details:
- Return Window:Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- Return Method:All returns must be sent by mail to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Return Label:Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and providing their own return label.
- Restocking Fee:No restocking fees will be applied for returned items.
What is not eligible for a full refund:
- Items with signs of use
- Items not in original condition or missing parts (not due to Lofree store's error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Returning because you don't like the product:
- You can return the product within 7 days of receiving it.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, including customs fees and taxes.
- Lofree store cannot currently request return labels.
- You must check the return cost with the courier/postal service.
- Inform Lofree store of the tracking number and courier company once the product is shipped back.
Returning because you received the wrong item:
- Provide a picture of the product and the tracking number written on paper.
- Email both to lofreecs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange:

Exchange Conditions:
- We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Items:If the product arrives defective or is damaged during transit, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide photos as proof of the damage.
- Incorrect Item Received:If the item you received is not what you ordered, you may request an exchange within 7 days.
- Size or Color Issue:Exchanges for size or color are accepted if the product is returned unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging within 15 days.
- Other Valid Reasons:If you have a valid reason for requesting an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 3 days for assistance.
- Important Notes:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a replacement of equal value or a refund.
- Shipping fees for exchanges may apply unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Canceling an order:
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- If you notify Lofree store before shipment but the product is already shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
- You will be notified of the refund decision after Lofree store inspects the returned item.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 days.
- Processing time by banks and credit card companies may apply.
