What can be returned:

    What is not eligible for a full refund:

    • Items with signs of use
    • Items not in original condition or missing parts (not due to Lofree store's error)
    • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

    Returning because you don't like the product:

    • You can return the product within 7 days of receiving it.
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs, including customs fees and taxes.
    • Lofree store cannot currently request return labels.
    • You must check the return cost with the courier/postal service.
    • Inform Lofree store of the tracking number and courier company once the product is shipped back.

    Returning because you received the wrong item:

    • Provide a picture of the product and the tracking number written on paper.
    • Email both to lofreecs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

    • Size or Color Issue:Exchanges for size or color are accepted if the product is returned unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging within 15 days.
