Warranty Policy
What's Covered:
Lofree store warrants their products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all defects compared to the product specifications, with the following exceptions:
- Accessories and spare parts (cables, straps, etc.) sold separately.

Damage caused by:
- Misuse, incorrect installation, repairs/modifications, or neglect.
- Events of force majeure (lightning, fire, water, etc.).
- Consumable wear (ear pads, loose cables, etc.) beyond expected lifetime.
- Batteries are covered for 12 months.
How to Claim Warranty:
If you experience a covered defect within the warranty period, contact Lofree store at lofreecs@gmail.com. Lofree store will repair or replace the product (depending on their choice) with a similar type and condition.
Special/Limited Editions: Replacements for special/limited edition products might not be identical.
What's Not Covered:
- Consequential damage, indirect loss, or any related expenses from claiming under warranty.
- Products used in a country different from where they were sold (due to incompatible features).
Warranty Requirements:
- Proof of purchase (original invoice or receipt).
- Image or video evidence of the product defect.
Incorrect Order:
If you receive the wrong product or color, provide a photo of the product and tracking number written on paper to Lofree store customer service at lofreecs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Note: After 3 months of a package showing "Delivered" on the courier's website, Lofree store cannot investigate or provide refunds due to deleted delivery details.
Returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defect related returns. Once the product reaches the Hong Kong warehouse, a refund for the product cost will be issued via Stripe.
