Processing: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days and a tracking number is uploaded within 7 days.

Warehouse Locations: Currently ships from China, with a US warehouse coming soon.

• We Do Not Ship To:

Multiple Parcels:

We try to send all items in your order together, but different shipping options may result in separate deliveries. You'll receive a notification email for each shipment.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

• Orders cannot be changed once shipped.
• Cancel your order within 24 hours of placement and reorder with accurate details.
• Cancellations after shipment will incur return costs for the customer.
• Lofree store is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect customer addresses.

Duties and Import Taxes:
